Scheduling Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk
MES Solutions Responsible for entering and processing all new no-fault IME, Peer Review, Liability, and Workers Comp referrals from major insurance companies into our proprietary databases. Other responsibilities included the generation and mailing of appointment letters to both the claimant and their attorneys. Lead Operational Support Specialist ChyronHego Responsible for remote tech support for Major League Baseball's Statcast tracking systems. Duties include calibration of tracking cameras and technical support for proprietary software and hardware, as well as remote troubleshooting of issues ranging from computer hardware and software problems, networking errors and connection problems. Lead support duties include technical support for issues escalated from tier one support specialists as well as interacting with MLB's in house technical support. Data Entry Clerk MCMC LLC. At MCMC, LLC., I was responsible for entering and processing all new no-fault IME, Peer Review, Liability, and Workers Comp referrals from major insurance companies into our proprietary databases. My other responsibilities included the generation and mailing of appointment letters to both the claimant and their attorneys and the cleaning and organizing of patient medical records. Also, I was in charge of all office IT requirements that did not require a visit from our home office tech department, including installing new employee workstations, relevant software applications, peripherals and basic networking. Laboratory Assistant Sunrise Medical Laboratories As a Hematology Laboratory Assistant for Sunrise Medical Laboratories, my primary function was assisting the Lab Technicians with running samples and making sure that the daily operation of the lab runs smoothly. My secondary responsibilities included retrieving new specimens from the Pre-Analytical - Accessioning department, archiving specimens, locating missing samples, and disposal of those which are out of date. Pre-Analytical - Spin Room Sunrise Medical Laboratories As a Pre-Analytical Specialist I was responsible for assuring that all specimens brought to the laboratory were accurately identified (by name and specimen type), sorted and labeled for testing. My main function was aliquoting specimens (either by Automate machine, or manual pour) for individual tests to be delivered to Medical Laboratory Technicians in the chemistry department. In a biohazadous environment, special attention was paid towards quality control, quality assurance and safety. My secondary responsibilities included proper archiving of all specimens as well as proper disposal of all those that are out of date. *Promoted to Hematology Laboratory Assistant, February 2012. Package Handler FedEx Ground As a Package Handler I was responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand a pair of 24 foot trucks (upwards of 1000 packages a night), in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining a scanning percentage above 98.5%. *Employee of the Month in November of 2010. Electronics Team Member Target As an Electronics Team Member for Target, I offered knowledgeable and friendly service to guests by responding quickly to their needs, questions or issues. My other responsibilities included maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked sales floor, as well as setting up and taking down sale signs on a weekly basis, as well as cashier duties when needed. Retail Sales Associate - System Sales Micro Center As a System Sales Associate at Micro Center, my main responsibilities were assisting customers with complete desktop and laptop computer solutions (as well as the occasional Apple computer), inclusive of peripheral and general requirements by presenting reasonable product solutions based on customers’ needs.
